What We Do

We regularly engage with local stakeholders, partners and individuals to identify problems and co-create innovative solutions.

Our focus areas span from education to personal enrichment to crime prevention and reduction with a commitment to well-being.

We Mentor

We mentor, advise, guide, enable, teach skills, build self-esteem, and give opportunities to this group who have often disengaged with all other agencies. We aim to build on these skills we teach and provide the opportunity for the young people to gain qualifications and modern apprenticeships by signposting them to other services.

The Founders

Story

The belief that people can change for the better gives me the motivation to do the work I do. Every individual has a story, and I really believe that when given the right chance, great things can happen. When somebody is given that chance, they can become successful.

Personal growth is possible at any stage in life. Even the most hardened among us can soften with time and intention, As we all face our own challenges, we must remember that we all have the power to transform ourselves and the world around us. Chance Creates Change
