Ex-offender programme

A criminal record is often a major barrier to employment, but more often, the biggest barrier to employment is the mindset of the individual holding that criminal conviction. The lack of awareness for readily available opportunities is more of a barrier than the lack of actual opportunity is.

This programme raises awareness of opportunities for ex-offenders whilst building positive mindsets. This inspires and motivates ex-offenders to find education, employment or training opportunities. We work through individual issues, change mindsets and break down barriers that prevent people from finding responsible activity and purpose in society.

This contributes to tackling unemployment and crime.
